My name is Dawn Hudgins, FNP-C, and I am a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 30 years of healthcare experience. Throughout my career, much of my work has centered around emergency medicine, as well as home health and community-based patient care, where I developed a deep passion for providing compassionate, patient-focused support that meets people where they are.

As the founder of Revive and Thrive SC, I am based in Lexington SC, and deliver in-home IV therapy, mobile hydration services, vitamin infusions, wellness care, and weight management services directly to individuals, groups, and events throughout the state.

Revive and Thrive SC was created with one goal in mind — making professional wellness care more accessible, convenient, and personalized for individuals with demanding schedules and busy lifestyles.

Over the years, I witnessed firsthand how difficult it can be for many individuals to access timely healthcare and wellness services.

I saw the stress and frustration caused by overcrowded emergency rooms, long wait times, limited provider access, and the challenges many people face trying to prioritize their own health while managing work, family, travel, and everyday responsibilities. In many of the situations I witnessed, patients and families simply needed supportive care, guidance, reassurance, or wellness-focused services that could be provided in a more comfortable and convenient setting.

Those experiences inspired me to establish Revive and Thrive SC — a concierge mobile wellness company designed to bring personalized professional wellness support directly to clients in the comfort of their home, office, hotel, workplace, or event setting.

Revive and Thrive SC offers hydration therapy, vitamin support, wellness services, weight management guidance, GLP-1 prescribing and monitoring, and convenient mobile lab services.
